Hello... this is broadstairs... the rising english riviera, located at the farthest north-eastern corner of the Kent coast. It is less than two hours journey by train from London and appreciates a reputation incomparable amidst seaside resorts. It has established an atmosphere quite unique from the rest of seaside England considering with the capital is nearby.

Bank Holiday Enjoyment
The May Bank holiday is particularly the indication that summer is approaching. The warmer days and lighter evenings is a feature embrace in Thanet with its miles of sandy beaches and seaside towns abiding for neighbourhood and visitors to have fun all that the Isle has to present.
There are many activities for all the family to enjoy. A day on one of the many beaches, such as Broadstairs' seven glorious beach bays or a walk in some of the nature reserves can provide enjoyment for everyone. For the more active cycling the Viking Trail is very favourable.
May Fair celebrations assume from May 2, Saturday to May 4, Monday, which be held in Victoria Gardens, Broadstairs and on the promenade. Entry is free of charge which everybody can have fun which includes, fun fair, craft and various stalls- entirely to help the East Kent Pilgrims Hospice.
